My Options for my "Mental Fitness"

Man to have to choose two practices only is really hard because I have found that all of them have a benefit or purpose for me and my mind. But to pick two I would have to say the Loving-Kindness and Meditation. I chose these two because they seem to have come to me the most easiest. Now they are definetley not easy to do at first but with practice they are the most enjoyable. I feel that for me to foster good "Mental Fitness" I must do these practice on a daily basis some way. I have found that even if the benefit is just to relax my mind, that is ok. I do like the Loving-Kindness practices because it teaches me to love myself, which I find that I don't do all the time. Mediation though seems to be my favorite because really all I do is breath and let my thoughts run. WOW how relaxing, and it really does make you feel a million tons better.
